Elevations and floor plans were designed in-house for this new construction home in the heart of Fairmount, a National Historic District.

The aim was to create a home that contributes to the Craftman Style neighborhood without overdoing the historical characteristics. The Modern Craftsman has a California eclectic airy feel, inspired by Elizabeth's roots growing up in Southern California.
