A new construction building with a European sensibility: commerical below & owners residence above. This project was conceptualized, designed and built by mission street, completed in 2021 with two tenant spaces - one for Liz's Natural Wine shop business, The Holly, the other as a lease and the Mears private residence and rooftop above looking out toward Downtown for South Main Village, in Fort Worth's Near Southside.
