This new construction completed in 2024 was built on a lot that Mission Street sold to friends who tapped Ibañez Shaw for the Architectural design and then Mission Street for the Build & Interior Selections.

 

The Design incorporated a unique floor plan utilizing half of the lot front to back for the home and the other half for garden and patio space running alongside the home. ​The poured-in-place concrete wall with beams and glass, seemingly floating over the concrete.
